Satisfaction Guarantee
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you, so long as the products are returned to us in a saleable condition within 30 days and proof of sale information is provided.

Making a Return
Please contact us on 07 5442 5357 and we will assist you with the return of your products.

Refunds
Hinterland Shooting Supplies will organise a refund if on receipt the product is not damaged but does not match the product description, or is not fit for the purpose for which it was purchased. We can process a refund whether you are in Australia or overseas. We will:
• credit your credit card
• obtain your bank account details and complete and EFT to the nominated account or send a cheque.
The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If you have received:
• a damaged/defective product or the wrong product, we will be happy to refund both the product and delivery costs
• a product that you no longer wish to purchase, only the product cost can be refunded, we will not refund the original postage costs or the costs for you to return the products.

Exchanges

Warranty
All products are covered by manufacturers warranty, but exclude misuse and negligence and normal wear and tear. All warranty concessions and claims listed below are effective for the original purchaser only. All warranty claims must be sent postage prepaid accompanied by the product in question. Warranty covers the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship during normal conditions.

Postage and Delivery
Postage rates will be calculated after we have received your order. We will contact you with the final costs and advise payment methods. In most cases we will use Australia Post and Fastway Couriers. If your order totals more than $100.00 we will automatically Register or Express Post your order so that it is traceable. If you do not wish for this to happen and the package goes missing it will be your responsibility.
