The PatchWorm Field Kit comes with 5 colour-coded cleaning heads [.17cal] , [.20 - 7mm] , [.30 - .32] , [.35 - .375] and [.40 - .45] , additional cleaning heads for [ .50/.54 cal ] and [ 12 gauge ], dozens of dry and wet cotton patches (with Ballistol Sportsman's Oil), reusable hinged-lid containers for storing the above items and two rods. Made entirely of nylon, patches can be run wet or dry. Very compact, the whole kit fits comfortably in a shirt pocket. Rifle rods are 34" long (for up to 26" barrels).

The PatchWorm is fast and easy to use. Fouling is most easily removed while the barrel is still warm. Slide on a cleaning head, pierce through the centre of a 100% cotton patch and rest the patch on the head. Feed the rod into the chamber and pull it straight out of the muzzle. For some calibres, a second patch can be added (stacked on top of the first) for a tight finishing stroke. Uses 7/8” round cotton patches for the hot new .17 HMR, .17 Mach 2 and airguns and .22 cal patches for all other calibres.
